Man duties:
 • Replying to email and telephone enquiries in English and French 
Contacting customers with updates about orders or enquiries 
Liaising with suppliers regarding deliveries, technical queries etc 
Proofreading and translating marketing materials from English to French

Experience required: 

Fluent in English and French, written and oral
Good communication skills 
Self-motivated, team player
Professional telephone manner 
Can-do, positive attitude
