• Replying to email and telephone enquiries in English and French
• Contacting customers with updates about orders or enquiries
• Liaising with suppliers regarding deliveries, technical queries etc
• Proofreading and translating marketing materials from English to French
• Fluent in English and French, written and oral
• Good communication skills
• Self-motivated, team player
• Professional telephone manner
• Can-do, positive attitude
