Based in the heart of Crewe, our Helpline team are exceptional men and women, committed to delivering excellent service to our customers. Working in this remarkable team, you will be responsible for taking inbound calls and speaking to our customers looking to order new equipment. Working with various IT systems and ensuring all records are correctly updated and recorded. Managing inbox order bookings and making outbound calls to Healthcare Professionals and Customers when needed.
Working in a fun and non-targeted environment, you will be given full training along with ongoing development opportunities. You must be client/customer focussed with excellent communication skills. IT skills are a must along with a real desire to make a difference.
Relevant industry experience is not needed because of the excellent training provided; for us it is all about the right person who represents our values of being Customer Focused and Leading the Way.

Healthcare Technician - Worcestershire
Baywater Healthcare is an independent specialist provider of healthcare services to patients with long term conditions, delivering a high-quality, cost-effective solutions with care closer to home.
As part of a multi discipline team with an emphasis on quality patient care, the job holder will be expected to participate in all aspects of the Respiratory service at Baywater Healthcare, ensuring a comprehensive level of service to all patients
Main duties:
- Completion of, installation, servicing, and removals of respiratory equipment in line with a Service Level Agreement with the NHS.
- Day to day management of work load offering a professional service to patients
- Operate and maintain safe working practices in accordance with company and statutory requirements
- Participate in an On Call rota. On average, approx. 4 - 5 nights per month
- Respond to Ad Hoc requests from the office to deliver a service in addition to the daily route
- Maintaining high standards of driving proficiency at all time in company vehicles
- Follow good housekeeping practices in the regional depots and company vehicles
- Maintain safe practices when loading and unloading vehicle with equipment
- Complete all work in a timely manner
- Completion of necessary documentation and processes to ensure activities are completed in full
- Adherence to company policies and processes at all times

Our range of healthcare services includes: home oxygen therapy, sleep diagnostics, CPAP treatment and adherence management, telehealth through managed telehealth, ventilation therapy, nebuliser therapy and emergency oxygen.
Main duties:
- Completion of installation, servicing, and removals of Nebulisers, Ventilators, CPAP, Telehealth devices and associated equipment with some problem solving in line with our Service Level Agreement with the NHS.
- Day to day management of work load within the region offering a professional service to patients across the region
- Operate and maintain safe working practices in accordance with company and statutory requirements
- Participate in an On Call rota. On average one night per week and one weekend in four - six
- Completion of emergency calls in accordance with Service Level Agreement where required
- Maintaining high standards of driving proficiency at all time in company vehicles
- Follow good housekeeping practices in the regional depots and company vehicles
- Maintain safe practices when loading and unloading vehicle with requirements for the work load required
- Completion of mandatory training modules on time
- Completion of necessary documentation and processes to ensure activities are completed in full.
